Three healthy behaviors can go a long way toward improving
your health.There are three ways to stay healthy.
Healthy Life
Firstly, you should maintain a healthy weight and exercise regularly.
Secondly, you should don't smoke and drink alcohol only in moderation.
Don't smoke
Thirdly, you should eat a healthy diet and protect yourself from
the sun.
So take control of your health, and
encourage your family to do the same. Choose one or two of the behaviors below
to start with. Once you’ve got those down, move on to the others. Staying
healthy is easy and everybody can do it.
