Everyone has a special animal that they hold dear
to their heart. For some it might be a cat, but for me it's a dog.

There are three reasons why I love dog.

His name is Cari

Firstly they always want to cuddle and always make you feel safe

during your cuddle session.
Without fail, they are always the first to comfort me.

Action louder than words

Secondly no one is more excited to see me when me come home and they are the most reliable protectors.

Wait for some one

Thirdly since they need to be walked daily,

they keep me in shape

and they will never judge or criticize me.

There is no one that I love more than my dog.

I’m happy when I play with my dog.

Healthy Life

Firstly, you should maintain a healthy weight and exercise regularly.

Secondly, you should don't smoke and drink alcohol only in moderation.

Don't smoke

Thirdly, you should eat a healthy diet and protect yourself from

the sun.

So take control of your health, and encourage your family to do the same. Choose one or two of the behaviors below to start with. Once you’ve got those down, move on to the others. Staying healthy is easy and everybody can do it.
